Truly wonderful 7 miler starting at Tilberthwaite to Arkinson Coppice, Bridge End farm and over Fell Foot Bridge. Then a circle around Little Langdale with a ridge walk (quite narrow and very steep in parts) before descending into Little Langdale and a pint (or cup of tea) at the Three Shires. Then back over the beck and through Moss Rigg Wood, and its disused quarries, to the car park at Tilberthwaite.
