28th Sept 2002 - Arnside
Too overcast for any high level walking so off to the seaside today....
Well, by the side of the Kent estuary as it makes its way into Morecambe Bay.
A six miler with a modest 522ft climb to the summit of Arnside Knott. Then
through attractive old woods and countryside to return along the coastal path.
