16th April 03 - "There's no place like home"
Having been stranded in Las Palmas on Monday by Force 10 gales and forced to "jump ship" and return home by plane, we wondered if God still exists. We found him again today. He's quite well living in heaven up here in a scorching Lake District. He says he has no intention of moving! Maybe we shouldn't try to find him any other place!

8-miler from Skelwith Bridge via Little Langdale Tarn. VERY hot. All the flowers out. You've seen all these scenes before. but this is THE BEST Lakeland walk!
