15th Sept 04 - Tarn Hows
Really excellent walk on our first really bright, sunny day of the week.
Started with a circuit of Tarn Hows, then down over the meadows and through the
woods to Guards Woods. then up alongside Yewdale Beck, Tarn Hows woods and
around Yew Tree Tarn. Then the most amazing walk up Tom Gill and its waterfalls.
Never done this bit before. Don't know why!
About 6 miles.
