22nd May 14 - Copenhagen, Denmark, and the Castles of North Zealand

Another fabulously sunny day. From Copenhagen we traveled up the coast some 40km past the most splendid houses to the Castles of North Zealand.

We were moored very close to the Little Mermaid.

Frederiksburg Castle. Kids the world over will stand on the wet side of fountain!

The Queen of Denmark's Summer Residence at Fredensburg

Kronborg castle the supposed setting for Shakespeare's Hamlet. Stands on the entrance to the Baltic with Denmark on one side and Sweden on the other.
