11th-13th Aug 13 - Quick visit to the Lakes

Had to come to check on our place in the Lakes. On arrival found the boiler not working - no hot water. (First time in a long while that I have not been able to have a shower - let alone a a wash - in the morning!) Called gasman who actually came the following day (Two A Stars to British Gas). He located the problem but didn't have the required spare so had to return the following day (Minus one A Star)

After a lot of waiting around, and a lot of rain, I ventured out onto Brant Fell.
