After several weeks of heavy rain, today is a scorcher! Over 80F. So the garden is well watered and the sun is bringing all the flowers out (again)

Back of the house in the sun. The Lavender hedge is looking glorious.

The bog garden (and the astilbes) have flourished in the wet conditions

The slopes are a mass of colour. This is exactly the effect I have tried to create.

The vegetables are really doing well. The cut-and-come-again salad is a particular hit.
