25th Dec 10 - Christmas Day aboard the Silver Whisper

Strange to be in the middle of the ocean on Christmas Day. We brought some presents to open. After phoning everyone in Oz and the UK,  we went to see Santa arrive with gifts for the surprisingly large number of kids aboard. Then it was eating...

We are about half way between the Falklands and the mainland. Heading towards the Straits of Magellan. Weather wonderfully sunny but cold (47C) and VERY windy.

Our suite (#727). Separate bedroom etc on right. Very pleasant!

There are gingerbread houses all around the ship with cookies (as if hyou need anything more to eat!)
