6th - 8thth Oct 10 - Singapore

Chinatown, Chilli crab, Universal Studios and last night.

Spent day by the pool - which suits Euan down to the ground. Then took a trip to Chinatown for shopping (which Euan hates!)

Jumbo Seafood on Boat Quay. Reputed to be best chilli crab in Singapore...

...and indeed it was! Superb. Wish I could have it again!

Thursday we went to Universal Studios on Sentosa Island. A very noisy theme park. Rides were mostly scary or involved getting VERY wet! So Euan loved it all. Shrek 4D was excellent too!

But the #1 for Euan was the Waterworld Show. Everyone got soaked. The show itself was terrific - if you like loads of explosions, lots of gunfire, gunships, aeroplanes etc. Ie if you are a 6 yr old boy it is JUST FOR YOU!

8th Oct - Last night. After a quiet day by the pool we went to Marina Bay. The Marina Bay Resort with the 'boat' linking the three towers is a real 'sight to see'. New Science Exhibit is strange egg shaped building. Duck that we went on earlier in the week in the foreground.

Cocktails and another fantastic meal in 'The Line' at the Shangri-La on the last night. Euan fell in love with the pancake maker - a beautiful Chinese girl call Zenn. It was really rather touching!
