30th Aug 10 - Raven Crag

Haven't done this walk for three years. The walk (climb?) up to Castle Crag and Raven Crag is quite arduous. But the views when you get there are worth the effort - especially on a lovely clear day like today. We descended to the dam. Thirlmere is very empty! Then lunch on an exposed rock.
