Drove to Padstow to stay in Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant.

"A restaurant with rooms" as they say! Lovely room too with huge balcony overlooking the harbour.

The food was EXCELLENT. The lobster was the best I have ever had and the Duchy oysters weren't bad either!

Padstow is a very busy little harbour...

...with more than its share of tourist shops!

Went for a 7 mile walk on Thursday - IN THE SUN! View of the Camel estuary.

The war memorial has a fabulous view across to Rock. Clearly many people have decided this is the ideal place for a 'Memorial Bench'. I have never seen so many in my life! I think they were breeding!

Wonderful cliff and beach-side walk. This is Harbour Cove.
