Boxing Day 2004

Philip joined us yesterday.
Woke to bright blue skies and icy roads.
Went on a 5-miler from Grasmere up to Easedale Tarn. As we climbed the snow got thicker and more icy underfoot.

Cottages at Goody bridge at the end of the walk. Although it was only 1.00pm the sun was setting as you can see from the long shadows.
