23rd February 03 - Grasmere and Rydal
Awful cold wet (pouring!) start to the day. Had
to settle for low level/shoreline walk from Grasmere along banks to Rydal Mount.
Refreshments in the Badger Bar and then return by footpath above Nab
Cottage.
It got brighter and dryer as the day progressed, until the sun burst
through....just as we arrived back in the car park!
