17th April 03 - Brotherswater and Patterdale

Another scorching day - over 80F.
Went on marvelous 8-miler starting by walking around Brotherwater then through Hartsop village and along the valley following the Goldrill Beck to Patterdale and back.
The views all along were fantastic. It's easy to exaggerate, but this walk is a must for any Lakeland Walkers whose names begin with P or E!
