10th Oct 12 - Garden

The garden is remarkable considering that we are well into October. I really haven't the heart to turf out the tubs and put in the bulbs as everything is still looking so good. It's all a result of the rain!

The euryops (bush daisy) has never looked this good. Shame  it is not hardy as the bigger it gets the more difficult it is to manhandle into the greenhouse for the winter.

Mind you, there are some signs of autumn. The prunus leaves are showing their autumnal colours and there are more mushrooms than I have ever seen.
